This one-day retreat is all about you. It's a time to step away from the hustle, bustle and demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself. We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and relax.

You'll have the opportunity to join in group discussions and activities, where you will share your experiences and insights with other participants and connect with other like-minded women and build a supportive community.

At the end of the day, you will leave feeling refreshed, energized, and connected to your inner wisdom.

Our one-day retreat will show you how live a more connected and fulfilling life.

What are we going to walk you through? Six steps to building momentum to a purposeful life. Here's what that looks like:


In this session, you’ll reconnect with your passion, get clarity on your vision; what you want your life to feel and be like.

Next, you'll learn what limiting beliefs and behaviours are getting in the way of your vision and how to overcome them.

In this session, you'll learn about holistic nutrition, how to eat with purpose, and tips to start your nutrition reset.

Learn how to manage overwhelm and stress and learn easy techniques to incorporate mindfulness into each day.

This is the time to get moving and practice a little physical activity with Naomi Keane from Oranj Fitness Airdrie.

We’ll complete the day with a gratitude activity that will leave you grounded and connected.

Meet Your Guides


Jana Sinclair

Jana is an Empowerment Life Coach who helps clients discover the essence of who they are so they can live their lives with intention and discover the joy that already resides within them. 

Jana's philosophy is that life is too short, and that you should bring joy to everyday and find the courage to do what truly fulfills you.

Jana has certifications in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Rapid Results Life Coaching, Positive Intelligence Coaching, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistics programming (NLP).

Through the use of these tools and techniques, Jana helps her clients embrace all parts of them (even the ones they don’t like), identify the beliefs that don’t serve them and helps them create plans to manifest their dream life through living their values and taking aligned action.

Jana is a single mom of two amazing kids who have taught her some of life’s most valuable lessons in love and joy. In her spare time Jana likes to connect with friends, can be found at a variety of hockey rinks in her home city and is constantly learning about personal growth.

Jolene Ondrik

Jolene is the owner of Eye on Culture Inc. - a practice that helps corporate leaders and companies design intentional cultures that engage and inspire employees and customers to achieve results. 

What living your life on purpose means to her, is living your values and showing up with presence and intention. Her life’s mantra is “make it happen” and her purpose is to help people love where they work.

Jolene planned her career to focus on internal and external communications, and like most things in her life, it turned into so much more. She works as a professional facilitator, trainer, coach, team builder and corporate inspirer and is still a strategic communicator. 

Jolene is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach, a Conversational Intelligence Enhanced Skills Practitioner, is accredited in Lumina Learning and Insights Discovery, and a Destination Coach graduate. 

She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications Studies from the University of Calgary, a Public Relations Certificate from Mount Royal and a Public Participation Certificate from the International Association of Public Participation.

Marnie McMillan, B.Comm., CHNC

Marnie is a certified holistic nutrition consultant, wife, mom of 2 teens and a fluffy labradoodle, and owner of My Nutritious Life - a personalized nutrition practice that guides women and others in living their most nutritious life. 

What a nutritious life means to her is living a life rich with real, whole foods to nourish the body, exploring nature and adventures with family and friends to nourish her soul, self care to support mental well-being, and being active every day. Her nutrition practice focuses on teaching her clients simple strategies to incorporate nourishing foods and how to ditch foods that don't serve them and integrating supportive eating practices into their daily habits to build on these successes. It's about balance - eating shouldn't be so hard and she works with her clients to help them adopt small changes that make a big difference to their health.

When not "momming" and shuttling her kids to soccer games, Marnie spends as much time as possible in nature and enjoying outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, paddling, wake surfing, walking, and exploring all the wonders nature has to offer.

She also has a Commerce degree, a Graduate Certificate in Communications, is an accredited business communicator and works with many local businesses to support their communications and marketing goals.

Q: Who is this retreat for?

Women who are looking to reconnect and discover how they can live their best, most fulfilling life. It's ok to come alone or bring a friend or two.

Q: I've never participated in a retreat before, what should I expect?

Throughout the day, you'll be invited to explore a variety of techniques and practices that will help you to connect to your inner self. These activities include light yoga, meditation, journaling, and mindfulness exercises along with workshops on nutrition and visioning. .

Q: What if I've never done mediation or yoga before?

Women of all levels of experience are welcome. Our small group size allows us to tailor activities to meet your needs.

Q: What's included in the retreat?

All the activities, a healthy lunch, and snacks are included. We'll ask you on your registration form if you have any dietary restrictions. We also may have some surprises.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

Let us know what your dietary needs are on the registration form when you sign up. We will work with our caterers try and accomodate your needs.

Q: What should I bring?

You and an open mind.

If you have a yoga mat and/or a blanket, please bring it. If you don't, we'll have everything you need to participate. You can also bring your favorite mug and water bottle if you'd like.

Q: What should I wear?

We want you to be comfortable throughout the day, so wear comfy clothes and shoes you can walk in. We'll be doing some light yoga in the afternoon, so make sure you can move in what you wear.

If you need to cancel seven or more days ahead of the event, a refund of the amount paid minus an administration fee will be provided. No refunds will be provided within six days or less of the date of the event.
